If you are new to CrossFit we require you to complete On Ramp classes, 2x/wk, 5:30-6:30 Tuesday and Saturday 9:00-10:00. Spots are limited and we will have an On Ramp that starts the second week of each month
Pay Per Class
Our Pay Per Class membership option gives our members the flexibility to use the facilities and attend classes at the time and location of their choosing. Our Pay Per Class pricing is simple, straightforward.
